The summer seems to have gone by in a flash! August used to be the quiet month in between the Together on a Mission conference and the new academic year. But with various Together @... events happening all around the country, as well as our annual youth event Newday, momentum has remained at a breathtaking pace.
So now, as we find ourselves on the brink of a new academic year, there is much to be thankful for and much more to look forward to. Whether your summer has been a quiet time for relaxing and refreshing, or a busy season of equipping and envisioning, we hope you are excited about all that the future holds in store.
This edition of Connect e•news highlights a few forthcoming events, as well as an amazing testimony of healing on the streets of Bedford. If you didn’t get away during the summer and now have itchy feet and a desire to be used by God abroad, why not consider applying to join the Life Change Team to Lesotho, follow the link on the left for more details.
As we plunge head-first into this new season, let’s take on board all that God has been teaching us, and open our hearts to hear from Him in the coming days.
