Mission was God's plan from the beginning! A plan to bring glory to God in all the earth.
We believe that we are all on a mission together; all of us are called to mission wherever we are,
whatever we are doing, whatever our role, we are called as an apostolic people to see God's kingdom
extended and established through the church. Jesus made it clear that as the Father had sent Him into this world, so we are sent into this world with the anointing of the Holy Spirit (John 20:21). So whether we move to another nation or preach the gospel in the next street, it is in order to fulfil the great commission to make disciples of all peoples.
The promise to Abraham was that every people group (which means ethnic group) would be blessed through him. Ethnic groups are those groups of people who share a common ethnicity, culture, language, class or caste and depending on whose statistics you want to accept there are approximately 15,000 people groups in the world. God loves every one of these people groups and purposed that people from each group will be around his throne!
(Revelation 7:9)
Our desire is to see churches that are built on New Testament principles with apostolic and prophetic foundations and Ephesians 4 ministries where the word of God is honoured, and there is openness to the work of the Holy Spirit.
In Ephesians 4 Paul describes how God has purposed for this to be accomplished through the gifts of
apostles, prophets, evangelists, and pastors and teachers and we are convinced that these are necessary for equipping the church.
