Andrey Bondarenko
Andrey leads a group of Newfrontiers churches in Ukraine and for over twenty years has been actively involved in serving the church in Russia. A few years ago Andrey started to develop a service to India. His primary focus is to identify and train young leaders, both to strengthen existing churches, and to plant new ones.
Andrey is married to Natasha, and they have three sons, Daniel, Elijah and Timothy. As a couple, they have a shared vision – to bring the values of God’s Kingdom into the Ukrainian education system. To do this, in Kiev Natasha founded the alternative education center, where she has developed a technique that involves the integration of biblical truth in all things, and the active involvement of parents in the upbringing and education of children. Teaching leaders, they are hoping to open similar Christian centers of alternative education in different parts of Ukraine.

David Devenish
David is based in Bedford, UK and is an elder at Woodside Church. He is married to Scilla; they have four children and currently seven grandchildren.
Since 2000 until fairly recently, David had been working primarily in the Russian-speaking world and overseeing the planting of churches in the part of the world known as the 10/40 window. He also took on the leadership of Catalyst and served within the UK and also amongst the many churches that the Catalyst team serve in other nations. In June 2017 David passed on the leadership of Catalyst to Simon Holley.
From 2012-2020 David has led the Newfrontiers Together Team which facilitates all that Newfrontiers continues to do together through collaboration, interdependence and mutual accountability between apostolic leaders. At Global 2020 he handed over that leadership role to Steve Tibbert, but will remain on the Newfrontiers Together Team.
Part of David’s role in international ministry has caused him to study how we send people into different cultures and contexts, and as a result he has developed teaching on a range of cultural and contextualisation issues which he presents training on frequently. He is also seeking to coach and develop many other apostolic ministries around the world. David has also represented Newfrontiers to other apostolic networks and movements with whom we have good and fruitful relationships.
Before working in Christian ministry, David worked as a civil servant for the British Government in international trade negotiations. One of the highlights of this job included being part of the first United Nations working party on the debt problems of developing countries. Following that he started working in international banking where again he was providing project finance into parts of Africa and Eastern Europe. All of this contributed to his heart for the nations that he still has to this day.
Dave is married to Liz and they have four grown-up children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren, with whom he enjoys spending time. He is an ardent West Ham supporter, lover of jazz and avid reader of history.
He travels widely to the churches involved with New Ground, primarily in Europe and in supporting church plants in new areas too. He is part of the Newfrontiers UK Apostles Team and the Newfrontiers Together (Global Team).
Dave has been part of the church in Sidcup since it started 40 years ago and has worked with Terry Virgo both nationally and internationally for Newfrontiers for many years.

In 2009 Jeremy and Ann moved from the church they had planted in Teesside to lead Christ Central Manchester. In 2014 the team in Manchester appointed a local pastor to lead Christ Central Manchester, releasing Jeremy to lead the ChristCentral team and travel amongst the churches that the team serves. He and Ann often travel together and both love to support, encourage and develop local churches, eldership teams and other ministries.
