Andrey Bondarenko

Andrey and Natasha moved to the UK when war broke out in Ukraine. Andrey continue to serve churches in Ukraine and is also involved with church planting into Europe. He is a member of the Newfrontiers Together Team.

Andrey is married to Natasha, and they have three sons, Daniel, Illia and Timothy. As a couple, they have a shared vision – to bring the values of God’s Kingdom into the Ukrainian education system. To do this, in Kiev Natasha founded the alternative education centre, where she has developed a technique that involves the integration of biblical truth in all things, and the active involvement of parents in the upbringing and education of children. Teaching leaders, they are hoping to open similar Christian centres of alternative education in different parts of Ukraine.

Bryan Mowrey

Confluence

Bryan Mowrey leads the Confluence family of Churches, and has a passion to train leaders and see the lost find their way back to God. He serves as Lead Pastor of Jubilee Church, a multi-site church in St. Louis, Missouri.

He is married to Rachel and they have three children, Ella, Simon & Josie.

Colin Baron

Colin is a prolific church planter with a gift for identifying and developing leaders. He is based in Manchester (UK) where he is the founding pastor of Christ Church Manchester, and is the author of the book Multiplanting.

He’s also the founder of The Broadcast Network, which uses social media and varying digital platforms to give practical and theological training to people on the frontline of church planting and mission.

Colin also works with senior leaders in a variety of settings to develop and implement strategy for growth. Colin and Mary have three children and multiple grandchildren.

David Devenish

In June 2017 David passed on the leadership of Catalyst - a movement with 600+ churches in over 50 nations - to Simon Holley.

For most of the recent past, David has been working primarily in the Russian-speaking world and overseeing the planting of churches in the part of the world known as the 10/40 window.

David continues to be part of the Newfrontiers Together team which facilitates what Newfrontiers continues to do together, encouraging collaboration and interdependence between apostolic leaders.

Part of David’s role in international ministry has caused him to study how we send people into different cultures and contexts and as a result he has developed teaching on a range of cultural and contextualisation issues.

David is married to Scilla, and has written several books (most recently, Succession or Multiplication: Transitioning a Movement to Next Generation Leadership). They have 9 grandchildren who keep them very busy!

David Holden

New Ground

Dave Holden leads New Ground and is an elder at New Community Church, SE London, UK.

Dave is married to Liz and they have four grown-up children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren, with whom he enjoys spending time. He is an ardent West Ham supporter, lover of jazz and avid reader of history.

He travels widely to the churches involved with New Ground, primarily in Europe and in supporting church plants in new areas too. He is part of the Newfrontiers Together Team.

Dave has been part of the church in Sidcup since it started 40 years ago and has worked with Terry Virgo both nationally and internationally for Newfrontiers for many years.

Edward Buria

Edward has planted many churches in Kenya and other countries in Africa and provides apostolic oversight for the Newfrontiers churches in the region.

Edward Buria is the founder and senior Pastor of Kambakia Christian Centre in Meru, Kenya. This is a church that is radically reaching Kenya and beyond, hosting a TV programme that is watched by millions, and planting vibrant churches in areas never before touched by the gospel.

His church network continues to grow through healings, signs and wonders, evangelism and mindset for church planting. In 1977 there were only 14 churches, by the beginning of 2016 there were well over 300!

He is married to Fridah and they have four children, and five grandchildren.

Emmanuel Rucyaba

Emmanuel founded Life Ministries Christian Centre in Uganda and together with his team has planted Churches in six countries of Africa. He is engaged in training Christian leaders and establishing social action projects which minister the love of Jesus Christ in practical terms.

George and Valentina Mikhailov

George leads the Shalom family of churches in the Bulgaria plus some more churches which are part of Newfrontiers. We have a heart to see our nation on fire for God. Several years ago we started prayer meetings which now are filling the biggest halls in Bulgaria and impacting Bulgarians abroad. Loving God and people is our passion.

Guy Miller

Guy carries apostolic responsibility for the Commission Churches alongside Vinu Paul, and is an Elder based at Westminster Chapel in London. Guy is married to Heather and they have four grown up children. He loves all sport – especially football and fishing.

He is passionate about preaching the Gospel and building the local church. As well as serving the Commission churches in the UK he also works with the Newfrontiers churches in India, Portugal, Spain, USA and churches in other nations.

Jeremy Simpkins

Jeremy is married to Ann and they have been involved in leading Newfrontiers churches for over 25 years, including Hastings (one of the first churches to relate to Terry Virgo) and Eastbourne (one of the first strategic Newfrontiers church plants).

In 2009 Jeremy and Ann moved from the church they had planted in Teesside to lead Christ Central Manchester. In 2014 the team in Manchester appointed a local pastor to lead Christ Central Manchester releasing Jeremy to lead the ChristCentral team and travel amongst the churches that the team serves. He and Ann often travel together and both love to support, encourage and develop local churches, eldership teams and other ministries.

The ChristCentral team is currently serving over 100 Churches on 5 continents – North America (Canada and USA), South America (Peru, Mexico and Bolivia), Asia (Cambodia), Africa (Zambia and Tanzania) and Europe (England, Scotland, NI. Wales, Norway, and Sweden).

When they’re not traveling, Jeremy and Ann love to walk in the surrounding countryside – usually ending with a visit to a local pub!

John Lanferman

John planted Jubilee Church in St. Louis in 1997. It is now a multisite church with four locations.

John is part of the apostolic leadership team of Newfrontiers, and is part of Confluence (formerly Newfrontiers USA).

He is married to Linda and they have two daughters and six grandchildren. John enjoys time with good friends, jazz, and being in "the great outdoors".

Joseph Mwila

Joseph Mwila is the founder of Dayspring Ministries and leader of Newfrontiers churches in Zambia. He is based in Kitwe and gives apostolic oversight to over 50 Newfrontiers churches in Zambia and neighbouring African countries. An additional 40 churches are looking into partnering with ChristCentral Africa.

Alongside planting 13 churches, Dayspring’s community outreach programme, Streetlife Project, runs two children’s homes, serves over 2,000 meals to children in poor communities and sponsors over 150 orphans back to schools and colleges.

Joseph works internationally and is a regular speaker on both national television and at international conferences. He has pioneered the Zambian School of Leadership and the Zambia 2050 Young Entrepreneurs Business Initiative, and has founded the University of Kitwe and Dayspring Academy Schools. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the university of Manchester (UK) and, prior to his full time role in church, he held Senior Corporate positions in Research and ISO 9001 Quality Assurance. He authored numerous academic and industrial publications in various international journals.

Joseph is married to Lilly and they have four lovely children.

Karen Khachatryan

Karen leads the Rhema movement of churches of Armenia, that works among seven nations, planting new communities and strengthening existing churches by developing leaders and bringing prophetic dimensions to their ministries.

He is married to Tsogher (Linda for foreign friends) and they have three children.

Martyn Dunsford

Martyn is married to Gaynor and they have three adult children and four grandchildren.

He is engaged in international mission in about 50 nations, and is also the founder of the charity Care and Relief for the Young (CRY), which works alongside church planting initiatives among unreached peoples and poor communities.

Mike Betts

Mike Betts is one of the leaders of Relational Mission.

He is the author of ‘From the Inside Out’, ‘Relational Mission: A Way of Life’, ‘The Prayers of Many’ and ‘Everyone a Witness’ .

Mike enjoys serving the church, helping her enjoy and realise her inheritance in Christ. This involves church planting, gospel expansion, empowering the poor, developing corporate prayer, and seeing the next generation grow into all that God has for them.

Mike is married to Sue, they live in the UK and are currently serving predominantly in North London.

Scott Marques

Scott and Claire Marques have been married for 22 years and have two children, Kimberley and Stephen. Scott leads the eldership team at River of Life Church in Harare Zimbabwe and the Disciple Nations family of churches, part of Newfrontiers.

Scott and Claire continue to operate a retail business in Zimbabwe and a poultry farm in Mozambique, which has recently diversified into crocodiles. They have a passion to see the both the urban and rural church alive in the fullness of God’s purpose, with special impact in profitable productivity and raising the next generation in Southern Africa and beyond.

Simon Holley

Simon is the leader of Catalyst and lead pastor at King’s Arms Church, Bedford where getting out on the streets to see the kingdom of God break out has become a core value of the church. Simon is married to Caroline and they have a lot of fun raising three wonderful children!

Simon is passionate to see ordinary believers walk into an encounter with God’s love for them and to equip them to take that message out into the world with demonstrations of the power of God.

Steve Oliver

Having planted and led churches in the central parts of South Africa, Steve and Heather relocated to Dubai, United Arab Emirates to lead and establish Gateway Church, Dubai.

Since then, Gateway Church has flourished and multiplied into two communities and Steve has successfully handed over both congregations. This has allowed Steve to concentrate on leading the Regions Beyond Apostolic Sphere.

Steve and Heather are currently based in South Africa.

Steve Tibbert

Steve Tibbert leads King’s Church London, which has sites in Catford, Downham, Lee and Beckenham. Over the past twenty years the church has seen continued growth, both in size and diversity.

Following a career in sales and marketing, Steve became a youth pastor in his home town of Bedford before moving to London in 1995 to lead King’s Church.

Steve regularly coaches other lead elders in the UK and has also been involved in training leaders in Zimbabwe and India. His book, Good to Grow, was published in July 2011.

In 2015 Steve was invited by the Newfrontiers UK based apostles to bring facilitating leadership across the different spheres which now make up the Newfrontiers family of churches in the UK.

Steve is married to Deb, and they have three sons.

Tope Koleoso

Tope Koleoso is the lead pastor of Jubilee Church London which was planted in 1995. Jubilee Church London, is a large vibrant multiracial, multicultural, and multigenerational church that meets in multiple locations across London. He is married to Kemi, and they have two sons.

Tope also serves on the Newfrontiers UK Apostolic team and speaks at various conferences and circles both in the UK and internationally.

Vinu Paul

Vinu carries apostolic responsibility for the Commission Churches alongside Guy Miller, and currently oversees several Commission churches along with a team of leaders that spreads over 15 nations including India and UK.

Vinu along with his team have raised and released number of leaders to expand the Apostolic ministry in India and beyond. They are believing God for 1000 churches by 2030.

He is married to Julie and they have two sons – Jonathan and Ankit. Vinu is also the lead elder of Living Hope Church in Mumbai.
